Please note the following information regarding the May 2008 training materials:
1. Slides and handouts are numbered with the year, month, day, and order of use in the training. File names for all materials used on the first day begin with "08.05.06." Those used on the second day begin with "08.05.07." File names appear in the "Description" column below.
2. Handouts "08.05.06.09 IP handout 4a.doc" and "08.05.06.10 IP handout 4b.doc" are exactly the same. During the training, one was used to create an overview implementation plan based on the Cape Girardeau handout ("08.05.06.11 IP handout 5.doc"). We were going to use the other one to create a "mini" implementation plan for one of the action steps in the overview implementation plan, but ran out of time.
3. The slides from Chuck Daugherty's Sustainability presentation on May 7th are not available for distribution. They have to be approved by SWCAPT, Chuck's employer, before they can be distributed, which won't happen for at least a year.
